WHAT'S NEW

YogaSlacker Style Conditioning Class

V-ups, pushups, press walks and "shoot the ducks" abound in this 45 minute, non-heated Yoga for Conditioning class.  A fun, loud playlist will keep us moving while our heart and lungs pound and we find every muscle in the body!  This class is great training for athletes of all kinds! Yoga and athletic experience is reccomended before attending this class.
