The mat practice is where it all begins. It is the place where anybody can come as you are, and find a foundation to build on. Vinyasa, or flow, style of yoga is characterized by linking breath and movement together into a flowing, rhythmic dance. Vinyasa practice builds strength and ease, action and stillness, brightness and grounding. Yoga can work for every BODY. If you're new to it, try a "Foundations" class. If you're already comfortable on your mat look for "All Levels."
